TAFEA™ is a new division of Med-Pat™.

Med-Pat™ was formed in 1985 with the simple goal of trying to provide hospitals with patient telephones that would offer the lowest total cost.

Over the last 38 years, we have done just that by offering a variety of innovative products with patient friendly features. 

Med-Pat has been the leading supplier of patient room telephones to healthcare facilities since 1989. Our product reliability and world class customer service have been the key differentiators between us and all others.

We also market a line of telephones for hotels and motels through our Inn-Phone division.

Having successfully entered the hospitality market as well, we sought out other opportunities.

Now, we are proud to take our telephone manufacturing experience into a new market. One, which quite frankly we pray will some day no longer be as needed as it is today.

Not sure about all of you, but we have grown tired of all the mass killings and attacks on innocent human beings(including and especially children)! We decided to put our engineering and product development know-how to good use.

FIRST is a trimline telephone that will automatically dial for help once the handset is picked up. It offers many more patented features as well to give you more peace of mind.

FIRST with memory offers 4 programmable memory buttons with a recordable voice message to send in cases of emergency.

FIRST can be utilized anywhere people congregate or even in the safety of your own home (as an emergency phone)
